- Propose innovative solutions for client needs (stated or unstated)

Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of product or project management experience for design or product companies, including experience managing custom web application development. Candidate must have solid marketing experience with enterprise-level, N-tier web applications
- Possess a strong sense of how to shape products and projects to maximize a positive end-user experience
- Expertise in visual design, interactive media, and information architecture
- Expertise in using project management tools and techniques to develop and execute detailed project plans for complex projects involving challenging requirements, limited resources, and fixed deadlines
- Ability to manage distributed teams across multiple professional disciplines (Software Engineering, Systems Administration, Database Administration, Quality Assurance, and Creative)
- Strong working knowledge of software build and release management processes, including direct experience with content management tools and technologies

Senior QA Engineer (QA084)
Description
As a QA Engineer at DHAP you will work closely with our software developers and other QA engineers to design, document, implement and maintain test cases, scripts and test environments. The application development environment is Java/J2EE so a good understanding of programming concepts and application design is important. You will also need to understand performance testing principles, have a good deal of experience load testing, be proficient with CVS, SVN and build environments. As a member of the QA team, you will need killer instincts for breaking things, enjoy uncovering really complicated bugs and care about pleasing our customers.
Responsibilities Include
- Design effective testing techniques and strategies
- Author test plan and test case documents
- Act as QA lead on large development projects
- Support and mentor new employees and contractors
- Plan, develop and maintain automation scripts using tools such as Selenium, Rational, etc.
- Author automation, performance and load testing scripts
- Work closely with the development team to increase testability and ensure quality
- QA and troubleshoot high profile, 24/7/365 web sites
- Manage bug tracking, including writing detailed bug reports and verifying bug fixes
- Manage release of application code to client environment
- Migrate and deploy application assets to client
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software QA
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Math or equivalent work experience
- Experience planning, developing, executing and automating tests
- Experience with testing techniques (unit, functional, integration, system, GUI, white box, regression, performance, stress, etc)
- Experience with QA tools (bug tracking, test harnesses, build systems and test automation tools)
- Experience testing enterprise applications, web applications and web services
- Extensive experience testing and debugging WebLogic, Apache, Oracle implementations
- Programming experience in one more languages: Java, C++, Perl and/or SQL
- Experience in rapid, iterative and/or agile development environments
- Administrative abilities with Windows and UNIX
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Must be adaptable and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail is a must
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Working knowledge of JUnit, Hudson and Ant
- Working knowledge of TeamSite
- Working knowledge of Flash, CreativeSuite and Flex
- Administrative experience with Oracle, Apache and WebLogic

Senior Systems Administrator (IT404)
Essential Functions
In this role, you will be a key member of DHAP's corporate information technology (Corp IT) team. This position will present you with an array of challenging projects and mission-critical activities. You will be a key contributor on a team of system administration professionals providing corporate IT infrastructure and end-user support in a highly technical software development environment. This team plays an important role in facilitating the company’s technical operations as well as supporting architectural planning and implementation. You will have significant opportunities to showcase your technical expertise and outstanding communications skills.
The Corporate IT Systems Administrator will:
- Lead DHAP’s effort to automate maintenance, operations and administration processes through integration into third-party tools, scripting, and implementation of small applications in Perl, Shell and Ruby.
- Manage and maintain the corporate email infrastructure including Postfix MTA, Dovecot IMAP server, SquirrelMail Webmail server, IronPort, Symantec Anti-virus gateway, and others
- Manage and maintain the corporate Network Appliance file server utilizing NFS, CIFS, and iSCSI
- Manage and maintain the corporate LAN/WAN infrastructure consisting of routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN concentrators
- Provide hands-on implementation, administration and upgrades of OS’s: Ubuntu and CentOS Linux, Sun Solaris, and infrastructure services: LDAP Samba PDC, and DNS.
- Provision and maintain virtual machines for corporate services (e.g., VMWare and/or Xen)
- Manage and maintain the security and monitoring infrastructure, such as RSA SecurID, Nagios, Logwatcher, Tripwire, MRTG, IDS, event correlation tools, etc.
- Participate in specification, procurement, design, deployment, and upgrades of server and network hardware, software applications, and mobile communications.
- Provision and maintain web-application development and testing environments in virtual machines (e.g., VMWare, Xen and Solaris Zones), as well as on Linux and Solaris platforms
- Analyze and troubleshoot web-application development and testing environments consisting of Apache, BEA WebLogic, and MySQL/Oracle, particularly in virtual machine environments (VMware).
Required Experience/Knowledge/Education
- 7+ years as a professional systems administrator, including extensive and diverse experience in hardware and software technologies
- Expertise (5+ years) in UNIX installation (Linux, Solaris), administration and maintenance
- Experience and comfort working in a dynamic professional services environment with multiple concurrent projects
- Expertise in the provisioning of new servers and services from the ground up
- Expertise in helpdesk function for employees, including ticket triage, resolution and follow-up
- Experience setting up and administering environments which accommodate both local and offshore development
- Significant (3+ years) experience troubleshooting and repairing enterprise-wide applications and services
- Extensive (4+ years) scripting experience, with expertise in Perl or shell, in support of system administration duties
- Bachelors Degree in CS, EE, MIS, or related experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
Experience in one or more of the following areas highly desirable
- Hands-on implementation and administration of application infrastructure software including Web servers (Apache), databases (Oracle, MySQL), and/or application servers (WebLogic, TomCat)
- Expertise in troubleshooting and repair in production environments, including hardware components, operating systems and applications software
- Database administration experience, particularly in Oracle, MySQL and/or SQL programming
- Programming experience, particularly in C/C++ and/or Java
- Experience administrating and implementing build and deployment frameworks using tools such as ant, rsync, and make
- Knowledge of network architecture design and implementation, monitoring, and troubleshooting tools
